SALES POLICY

VALL PARC CHARGES AN ENTRANCE FEE OF 45€ the first time. In case of unsubscribing and wanting to register 4 months or less after unsubscribing, monthly fees must be paid from the date of unsubscription. For registrations after 4 months from the date of cancellation, a monthly registration fee will be paid.

All subscribers shall have the right to cancel their subscription at any time by handing in their subscriber card and the box office card, if they have one. In order for the cancellation to be effective for the following month, written notice must be given before the 20th of the current month.

The Club Management may decide to cancel the membership of any subscriber for the reason of not being up to date with the payment of the fees.

With this document, the signer accepts all the rules of the Club.

Vall Parc, S.A. reserves the right of admission and exclusion, as well as the right to cancel the membership of any subscriber, without the need to justify this action.

In accordance with the Organic Law 15/1999 of December 13, Protection of Personal Data, we inform you that the data filled in this form as well as the bank details will be processed by Vall Parc, S.A. for the registration of you as a subscriber member of our Club, as well as for the promotion by Vall Parc, S.A. of the services that at any time available to its members or the general public.

You are also informed about the possibility of exercising your rights of access, rectification, cancellation and opposition, by means of a written request addressed to Vall Parc, S.A., ctra de la Arrabassada, 107-127, 08035 Barcelona, Spain.

Vall Parc, S.A. may use images of users of the Club’s activities and facilities for promotional and advertising purposes.
